Use the brown signposts to direct you to the climbing centre and we are 100 yards past it

We advise to use the above options and not rely on non updated satnavs as we are a very new business and by using the un-updated satnav this can lead you to a private road

‍Our sessions are approximately 50 minutes and are guided by a member of the team who will help talk you through the experience and keep time of each stage which are explained below

• 10 minutes in our hot wood fired sauna

• Followed by 3 minutes in our cold bath

• 10 minutes in our hot wood fired sauna

• Followed by 4 minutes in our cold bath

• 10 minutes in our hot wood fired sauna

• Followed by 5 minutes in our cold bath

We end on a cold plunge to maximize the benefits of contrast therapy

-Swimwear

-Two towels, one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself after your session

-Water to hydrate although we do sell bottle water onsite

We advise arriving 15 minutes before your session to get yourself booked in and ready. We have a seating area you can relax in while waiting.

The minimum age to use our sauna and cold baths is 16+

We have lockers on site within the changing area that can be used.

Yes we have onsite parking please use the designated parking bays to allow for optimal parking. Please be aware that there is a 10 mph speed limit on the road outside of our centre please stick to this as there are a lot of dog walkers, cyclists and children accessing the climbing centre and surrounding pathways.

Yes of course. We have a 24 hour cancellation / reschedule policy

Less than 24 hours before your session, bookings are non refundable and cannot be rescheduled

More than 24 hours before your session, bookings can be cancelled with a full refund or rescheduled, both can be done through your booking email

We offer off peak sessions at £12 which are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

Peak sessions are £15 and are Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Women only Wednesday & Thursday sessions are off peak and are £12

Yes of course this can be done through our appointment page and is £120 for groups of upto 10 people this gives you exclusive use of the sauna and cold baths for your party only.

Yes we offer online e-vouchers and you can also request a physical copy if required, to purchase these please visit our booking page.

No we do not offer memberships but we do offer 10 sessions for £120 which can be used between you and who ever you like and they do not expire.

Yes we may need to on times cancel your session for unforeseen circumstances on these occasions we will offer you a full refund or we can reschedule your session at a convenient date for you.
